Az ülések nagyon kényelmesek, annyi negatívum hogy nem mindegyik ülést lehet állítani. 230V-os aljzatokat is raktak bele utólag, ám sajnos relatív magasan az ablakok között találhatóak. A légjavító berendezés kb. 30-33°C fokig műkődik megfelelően, ennél melegebb hőséggel nem nagyon tud megküzdeni. Az mondjuk elég gáz, hogy ezekbe a 2G IC kocsikba soha nem installáltak vákum WC-t, így még mindig a sínekre megy a végtermék.

1994-95-ben átépített gyorsvonati kocsik, amelyek az InterCity-flotta gerincét alkotják.
A kocsi ülései kényelmesek, a kocsi mára már el van látva légjavító berendezéssel (nem azonos a klímával!), konnektorokkal és vezeték nélküli interneteléréssel (ezen berendezések néhanapján nem működnek valamint a légjavító berendezés nyáron nem képes a 40+ Celsius fokos meleggel), a mosdó még nem vákuum...
A kocsi igen hangszigetelt, világítása általában hiánytalanul működni szokott egyetlen negatívum hogy csak az ablaknál vannak konnektorok és azok is eléggé magasan...
