Tzv.Rýchliková verzia,tmavé sklá,nové pruženie interiér aj sedadlá už predsa zodpovedajú pohodliu,ktoré sa očakáva od vozňov na diaľkovú dopravu.

Vozne Bdteer sú momentálne nedobytnou súčasťou všetkých Ponitranov, Gemeranov, Urpínov či Fatranov a tvoria tak dôležitú súčasť rýchlikovej dopravy na pomalších slovenských tratiach.
Vozne od čísla 238 majú množstvo nedostatkov staršej série vychytaných. Výbava je veľmi dobrá a hlavnú zásluhu majú na tom podstatne viac pohodlné sedačky Onyx od MSV Interier. Veľkou výhodou sú aj LCD informačné displeje, či vyriešený "neduh" s dverami (dvere sa otvárajú prakticky ihneď).
Pre mňa osobne sú toto najlepšie vozne na svojich vozebných ramenách.

Výrazne lepší vozeň oproti prvej sérii. Od prvej série sa líši tým, že má vizuálny informačný systém, USB porty a lepšie sedadlá. Za mňa vozeň, vhodný pre regionálne rýchliky (Fatran, Gemeran, Ponitran/Bojnice).
