Az 1994-1995-ben Dunakeszin átépített InterCity-kocsicsalád mozgássérült utasok számára átalakított változata, a kocsiban 3 db mozgáskorlátozott utas utazhat, ennek az egyik mosdó hiánya az ára.
A kocsi igen kényelmes, a lábtér lehetne kicsivel nagyobb de ez emberfüggő, a kocsi légjavító berendezéssel, vezeték nélküli interneteléréssel és konnektorokkal van felszerelve (a konnektor indokolatlanul magason van), a világítással nem szokott gond lenni, a kocsi jól hangszigetelt, a hőkomforttal pedig akkor szokott gond lenni, ha a légjavító nem működik, néha az elektropneumatikus átjáró ajtók el szokták romlani...
