Amikor utaztam ezzel a típussal akkor mindig nyáron utaztam így az alapján tudok csak pontozni. Nagyon meleg volt, hangos (amivel nekem nem volt bajom, sőt tetszett de más utasnak szerintem nem). Ami nagyon meglepett az az ülések kényelme, és a lábtér volt. Egyszer négyesben ültem egyszer kettesben. Az ülések egy óráig simán kényelmesek tudnak lenni de akár még tovább is, és a kettes üléseknél a lábtér is meglepett pedig azt hittem nagyon kicsi lesz de simán elfértem (mondom úgy, mint magas ember).

A Bhv kocsik 20-30 éve felújított változata, sajnos az átépítés sok hátrányos helyzettel járt például az üléselrendezés, a csak minden 2.nyitható ablakfelület (klíma/légjavító berendezés nincs).
A személykocsik elektromechanikus feljáróajtókat kaptak, amelyek gyakran meghibásodnak...
Világítás terén ritkán szokott gond adódni, az ülések csak rövid távú utazásra kényelmesek, a kocsiban csak Wi-Fi található (az se szokott sokszor működni), zajszintben az átlagot hozzá, hőkomfort meg röviden annyi hogy télen a fűtés miatt sülsz meg, nyáron meg a klíma hiánya miatt
