Kombinace první třídy vwlkoprostoru a bistra je doslova recept, jak odradit cestující. Při cestě první třídou bych očekával vyšší komfort a soukromí, což není dosažitelné, když se furt někdo courá z/do bistra! Neřeknu dvojka, ale tahlee jednička se nepovedla.

Typický problém modernizovaných vozů 1. třídy u ČD - málo prostoru pro nohy v případě, že proti sobě sedí vysocí lidé.
Dalším nedostatkem je absence interiérových dveří mezi oddílem první třídy a kuchyní. Pokud není jiná jednička ve vlaku, je cestující nucen vnímat aroma kuchyně, což za určitých okolností není vždy příjemné.
Komfort a pohodlí se s přibývající rychlostí snižuje. Vůz je OK do 140 km/h. Při využití jeho maximální rychlosti máte občas dojem, že sedíte na býkovi, který se vás snaží shodit ze sedla.

Jediná nevýhoda vozu je jeho kapacita v případě, že není řazen s dalším vozem 1. třídy.
