Ich finde die Sitze in der business leider echt nicht gut. In der Liegeposition wird es nach einiger Zeit sehr unangenehm, dafür ist die Fußlehne sehr angenehm. Wenn der Tisch ausgeklappt ist, hat man absolut keine Chance, den Platz zu verlassen, außer man hat eine wirklich sehr dünne Statur. Durch die versetzten Sitzplätze kommt man auch schwer aus dem Halbabteil, wenn andere Fahrgäste am Gangplatz sitzen. Zudem sind die Sitze im Vergleich zu den anderen Klassen deutlich stärker verschlissen. Jeder Platz hat eine 230V-Steckdose und eine individuell verstellbare Leselampe, welche jedoch gelegentlich nicht funktionieren, und bei den meisten wurde auch schon die Steuerungseinheit getauscht. Die 20€ Aufpreis in Österreich sind es einfach nicht wert, die wenigen Euro extra innerhalb Tschechiens ist es jedoch wert. Weiteres Manko: Durch den Führerstand hört man oftmals starke Windzüge im ganzen Wagen, insbesondere ab 160km/h und in Tunnel.
