Seat does not offer good head support and is not adjustable. The cushioning and material is good. The carriage lacks wifi and power ports are shared between passengers. Lighting is good and the staff are good at managing it. Air condition works well

Tiché a pohodlné vozy, které na svůj věk příliš nevypadají. U sedadel je škoda absence možnosti polohovat, ačkoli jsou velmi pohodlná. Nevýhoda je minimum míst v letadlovém rozložení, absence zásuvek u některých míst a toalety které se velmi snadno ucpou. Dobře řešeno je ale osvětlení, které ačkoli není děláno nepřímo není nijak ostré.
