The facelifted regional 6112 have Borcad Visio seats. They are surprisingly comfortable for regional use. They have no recline ability and they have handrests on the outer sides of the seating.

The trainsets have luggage racks above the seats and small tables by the windows or tray tables depending upon seats. They have interior LED dot-matrix displays which may be slightly insufficient at the time of review, while the LCD displays are being used for advertising material. There are 230V sockets available at about all seats, as well as USB-A ports for phone charging. Wi-Fi connection is available upon entering in an email address.

Lighting in the trainsets is a cooler light color. The light is not overly bright, although a warmer color would be more pleasant. There are no reading lights, but the lighting is uniform enough so they are not required.

The noise levels are not high within the trainsets, however a small drawback is that the propulsion noise and outside noise is a little louder inside the train than on comparable trains from other manufacturers.

The temperature control is about good in the trains, the heating and air conditioning both do their job well, although the air conditioning on some occasions does a too good job and makes the train feel very cold inside.
