Generally fine passenger carriages (along with the 21-76 type) - good seats, heating/air conditioning is reliable enough. They are well sound proofed, and the ride is very smooth. It would have been nicer if the plug sockets weren't just scattered across the wall though, underneath the seats would've been much more convinient.
