Das niederflurige Design ist sicherlich ein großer Vorteil.
Das wars dann aber auch.
Ich saß im Fahrgastraum hinter dem Führerstand.
Da gibt es keine Abtrennung zum Einstiegsbereich, das ist für einen Fernzug, der in Deutschland dem ICE gleichgesetzt ist nicht akzeptabel. Man fragt sich ob man hier nicht in einem Nahverkehrszug (Siemens Mireo etc.) sitzt.
Die Gepäckablagen sind für einen Zug, der touristische Verbindungen bedient, auch ziemlich klein.
Die Sitze sind steinhart, die Fenster ohne ersichtlichen Grund niedrig und klein. Steckdosen habe ich ebenfalls keine gefunden. Für längere Strecken absolut nicht empfehlenswert, ich musste nach 30 Minuten Fahrt zum Glück in einen ICE4 umsteigen. Die auch dort etwas harten Sitze fühlten sich wie eine richtige Wohltat an.
