Pohodlí sedadel průměrně, nenadchne, ani neurazí. Každopádně žádný vysoký komfort to není. Sedadla za sebou mají velký vyklápěcí stolek, stojánek na mobil, na láhev. Pozitivně lze hodnotit zástěnu v mezeře mezi sedadly.
Na kvalitním svršku je vůz docela tichý, na horším je hlučnější. Extrémně hlasité je hlášení vlakového rozhlasu, ale to je spíš otázka nastavení.
Hlavní výhoda vlaku - nízkopodlažnost - paradoxně není v Dánsku využitá kvůli nízkým nástupištím.
