Az ágyakat elég kényelmesnek találom és az ágynemű is egészen jó lenne, de az Utasellátó párnáit túlságosan puhának tartom és nincs tartása sem. Az ágyaknál olvasólámpák, 5V-os aljzatok is találhatóak és az ablakok mellé még 2db 230V-os és további 4 5V-os aljzat van telepítve. A fülke ajtókat elméletileg lehet zárni kulcskártyákkal, de abban a 3 alkalomban amikor utaztam CAF hálókocsival, a 101-es meg a 104-es pályaszámú példányokban nem volt üzemben. Zuhanyzó papíron van a kocsiban, de jellemzően be van mindig zárva és gondolom szertárnak van fenntartva, de ez már csak az én tippem. Mindezek ellenére jelenleg 2026-ban ezek a MÁV legjobb hálókocsijai.
