Seats are okay for shorter journeys, they are well shaped, but uncomfortable for longer trips due to their hardness. The seats are definitely not appropriate for use on IC-type trains which they also run in reality.
The train has WiFi and 230V power outlets, although the power outlets are shallow in comparison to normal European outlets, which may be confusing. There are no dedicated USB sockets.
The lighting cannot be controlled and does not have the most pleasant color tone at night time, however the train is uniformly lit up and not extremely bright.
The units are very quiet, but some articulations are squeaky, and beeping inside the train is pointless when retracting/sliding out the ramps.
The trains have good air conditioning which can keep the units cooled down to a comfortable temperature, as well as good heating for winter months.

Though the seats are ergonomic, they clearly aren't meant for longer journeys. The absence of a full table is negative, considering these trainsets run on longer intercity routes.
The trainset is accessible, and power outlets as well as WiFi are available.
Like many trainsets from the FLIRT series, these don't make a lot of noise.
