Fotele kiepskie (aczkolwiek nienajgorsze), o gniazdkach można zapomnieć, hałas w środku przy większych prędkościach. Zaletą są otwierane okna i miejscami wyjątkowo oryginalny układ miejsc, szczególne przydatny, jeśli podróżuje się w 3 osoby. Na plus obecność pojedynczego miejsca, czego w 2 klasie się nie spotyka.

Najgorszy wagon jaki może się trafić, siedzenia twarde i nie wygodne. Wyposażenie wagonu pozostawia wiele jak na standardy PKP IC, nie ma gniazdek, stolików, lampek do czytania i gnieazdek elektrycznych. Latem brak klimatyzacji, zimą wagon ledwo grzeje. Wyciszenie wnętrza również słabe z uwagi na wózki.

Obecnie jeżdżące straszydło. Wagon był dobry jak na środki, którymi PKP Przewozy Regionalne dysponowały w 2008 roku, ale od tego czasu minęło prawie 20 lat i nic się w nim nie zmieniło. Latem piekarnik, zimą piekarnik. Nawet dla największych miłośników bezprzedziałów, ten wagon jest wyzwaniem nie do przejścia

Najgorszy wagon jakim w życiu jechałem. Modernizacja, której tu dokonano drastycznie pogorszyła komfort jazdy. Siedzenia nie nadają się absolutnie do użytku. Są twarde, nieergonomiczne, wręcz jakby wyprofilowane i zaprojektowane żeby zniechęcić do jazdy. Ktoś to zaprojektował na złość podróżnym, albo zupełnie się na tym nie znał, ktoś też zatwierdził ten projekt. Wszystkie te osoby powinny teraz za to odpowiedzieć bo to wygląda na jakiś przekręt. Tj skandal, że PKP dopuszcza te wagony do ruchu.

The weirdest and worst open-seating carriage in the entire fleet of PKP. Who would've thought that it is worse than the 111A-20?

I had the unfortunate experience of riding this carriage once, expecting a more comfortable 111Arow. Firstly, the seats are extremely uncomfortable and there are limited amenities. There are no tray tables, nor plug sockets. The seats are ok, slightly better than 111A-20, and at least the heating worked on the cold rainy day that I rode this carriage. There are 3 seats in a row towards the slam-door which could be an advantage for people travelling in a small group. There is also wheelchair access, making it one of the first accessible carriages that ran on TLK services, and surprisingly, the lighting is less harsh inside the PRM accessible toilet compared to the passenger saloon!

The benefits stop there, because at least the 111A-20's have air conditioning. During cold weather when the heating is activated and the windows are open, the windows steam up like a bus which requires you to clear away the cloudy moisture which covers the windows. The ride quality is exceptionally bad, because again, this is a modernisation designed to cut costs, so the same bogies have been kept from the previous carriage. The lighting (especially at night) is incredibly bright, so I would recommend travelling in a compartment instead.

Overall, a terrible and probably rushed modernisation. I would not ride this carriage for longer than 2 hours. Pleasingly, it is secluded to TLK trains only, and rarely appears on Intercity services.
