The seats are on their own okay, although they are not the most comfortable on a night train and they can be reclined on the bottom part. However, the compartments feel cramped and lack legroom if they are full of passengers.
The coach is equipped with luggage space above seating, table above the window and cup holders for seats. Each seat has besides its power outlet, which is conveniently placed, however there is no Wi-Fi. The passenger information display is located by the car entrance, which may not be the most convenient spot for passengers.
The lighting is decent, there are dedicated reading lights and the lights appeared to provide adequate illumination.
The cars are not too loud on their own, however on AC electrification at least one seemed to have interference issues with the audio system causing noise that becomes annoying after some time.
The air conditioning does a good job keeping the train at appropriate temperature.
