Seria 4 szt. wagonów przedziałowych 1. klasy wyprodukowanych w 2014r. przez FPS Poznań początkowo z przeznaczeniem dla wagonowni Wrocław do obsługi pociągów IC Wrocław - Gdynia. Po zakończeniu trwałości projektu UE (dofinansowanie) przeniesione do wagonowni Warszawa Grochów. W rozkładach jazdy 2023/24, 2024/25 kursowały planowo poc IC/EN "Chopn" Warszawa - Monachium - Warszawa jako zdeklasowane wagony 2. klasy - ze względu na ówczesny brak we flocie PKP IC przedziałowych wagonów 2. klasy z prędkością maksymalną 200 km/h oraz dopuszczeniem za granicę (RIC).
Pierwotnie w tych wagonach zamontowane były fotele TAPS XCI z regulacją kołyskową. Po 2020r. w czasie napraw rewizyjnych w wagonach nr 61 51 19-90 048-3, 61 51 19-90 049-1, 61 51 19-90 051-7 wymieniono fotele na mniej wygodne Recaro Rail Vela. W wagonie nr 61 51 19-90 050-9 pozostawiono oryginalne fotele TAPS.
Styl wnętrza: szpitalny.
