Ale jo, mrkve z Ústí ujdou, a to celkem dost. Sedadla pohodlná, opěrky na ruce také, místa na nohy dost. Vybavení dostačují, zásuvky zde jsou, stolky jsou sklápěcí. Na krátké regionální trasy až příliš, na delší trasy jsou pohodlné. Plzeň - Most, jezdím pravidelně, vždy bez problémů. GWTR jsem měl vždy rád, dobrá alternativa k ČD. Osvětlení je dostačující, na čtení i v noci možná až moc. Koleje jsou cítit, podvozek je příjemný a nekodrcá. Hluk je minimální, spíše příjemný aerodynamický odpor. Teplotní pohoda je v pohodě, klimatizace funguje v pořádku.

Jednotka poněkud hlučnější, většina jednotek je bez klimatizace (a když už jí má tak většinou nefunguje), větrání řešeno pouze malými okýnky (podobné jako původní okna v 810), které se ale nenachází u každého okna a je jich celkem málo, v zimě ale vůz topí dobře.
