Velmi pohodlná sedadla, jejichž řady mají mezi sebou bohužel malé rozestupy.
Velmi přehledný informační systém. Vůz bez motoru je i poměrně tichý.
Oceňují přítomnost tichého oddílu, kde je jako bonus navíc více místa na nohy.

Sedadla špatná na rychlíky, skvělá klimatizace, světla mimo tunel jsou v pohodě, ale v tunelu hrůza, skvěle odhlučněné, ale jsem člověk který má rád hlukot motoru na ŽKV, teplota skvěle stabilní, nejvíce díky klimatizací

Sedadla v 2. třídě jsou tvrdá, ale jinak pohodlná, samotný vlak je hlučný a klimatizace (pokud je vůbec přítomna) tento problém akorát zhoršuje. WC s toaletním papírem na zemi také ubírá. Teplota vzduchu uvnitř byla příjemná, jen kdyby sehnali méně hlučnou klímu. Jinak vůz vybaven standardně informačním systémem, funkčním osvětlením, Wi-Fi a zásuvkami. Celkově doporučuji na kratší cesty, na delší se spíše vyhýbat.

Přijemné sedadla odpovídající 1. třídě regionálního vlaku, jednotka je však hlučná a spousta z nich nemá klimatizaci, osvětlení ucházející. WC je dle jednotky buď jedno, nebo dvě, u některých jednotek vč. velkého WC pro invalidy.

Ve vozech je cítit nepříjemný zápach ať už WC nebo neco jiného. Když sr pustí topení tak je to brutální tepelný šok protože venku je treba 5°C a v jednotce tak 29°C
