Bardzo wygodne wagony, praktycznie bez wad

Siedzenia bardzo wygodne, klimatyzacja dobrze chłodzi, regulacja oświetlenia daje możliwość, ustawienia bardzo przyjemnego poziomu naświetlenia przedziału. Informacja pasażerska wyraźna. Wagon bardzo cichy, płynność jazdy również jest w porządku.

Vcelku pohodlné a dobře nastavitelné sedačky, i když úplná špička to není. Dostatečné vybavení zásuvkami.
Vysoká hlučnost klimatizace. Zvlášť patrné na stahovačkách (a na kvalitním svršku), kde krásně vynikne, jak ten vůz dokáže tiše jet, ale bohužel tato chvilka ticha trvá obvykle jen pár desítek sekund...

Vozy po modernizácii dostali moderné vybavenie v podobe wifi, dostatočného množstva zásuviek a elektronických rezervačných tabulí.
Veľkou negatívnou vlastnosťou týchto vozov sú ich sedačky. Pri dlhých cestách (napr. Praha - Warszawa) je dlhodobé sedenie v nich nepríjemné, navyše aj keď je opierka hlavy výškovo polohovateľná, jej maximálna výška je nedostatočná. Osvetlenie nie je možné úplne vypnúť v každom oddiely samostatne. Napriek modernizácii sa dvere vozu stále otvárajú a zatvárajú kľučkou.
