Sedadla pohodlnější v 2 třídě, než-li v 1., dost informačních tabulí, u většiny sedadel i zásuvky, a skvělá klimatizace

Jednotky Regiofox jsou moderní, rychlé a relativně příjemné pro regionální cestování.
Sedadla jsou tvrdší, ale i tak celkem pohodlná.
Jednotky disponují zvukovým informačním systémem a LED obrazovkami, pro orientaci více než dost.
Osvětlení může někdy být nepříjemné, ale to je spíše na zadavatelích zakázky na linku (jako ROPID) a ne dopravce.
Jednotky občas bývají hlučnější, zvláště zvenku, ale uvnitř je hluk minimální.
Klimatizace je funkční a kvalitní
Celkově dobrá náhrada starších Hyder, i když nám budou chybět.

Overall great for regional traffic.
Seat comfort is what you'd expect for services such as from Pardubice to Svoboda nad Upou.
Accessibility, power sockets and seats for individuals with reduced mobility are positives in my opinion.
Lighting is too direct however. The colour of the lighting is bright white, which I consider to be a negative.
Despite being diesel multiple units, these trainsets don't shake a lot in all directions. I remember taking a nap against the window once or twice without any discomfort linked to noise or dynamic behaviour from this train.
Air conditioning on this train is remarkably efficient even during heat waves. I have never experienced it in winter though.

Oproti peklu co bylo vypravováno dříve (814) je tahle jednotka úžasná. Samozřejmě najdou se malé nedostatky v technické části vozidla, ale z pohledu cestujícího je to revoluce.

Velmi hlučný motor, zejména zvenku. Při zapnuté klimatizaci je v interiéru cítit zápach.
Sedačky rvrdý, ulička úzká, nástupní prostor úzký. Celkově si s interiérem mohli dár teochu víc práce.

Vozidla FOX jsou velmi hlučná, mají úzké uličky, naopak sedadla jsou pohodlá, byť tvrdší. Zámek WC je dosti nekvalitní, osvětlení záleží na nastavení vozu, ale často velmi ostré a nepříjemné.
