Regiopanteři jsou poměrně spolehlivé a vhodné do regionální dopravy.
Úplně pohodlné sezení nenabízejí, nicméně umožňují přepravu kol, kočárků, jsou nízkopodlažní, internetové připojení (ve většině případů) funguje. WC není žádná sláva ale pro regionální dopravu stačí.
Co ale nedává logiku, je první třída na obou koncích soupravy, což je případ u PID Panterů. Hodně krát jsem se střetl s přeznačením na druhou třídu.
